With a steadfast dedication to academic excellence, Mr El Mahi has cultivated a distinguished academic background. He initiated his scholarly pursuits by earning an engineering degree from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse. Building upon this foundation, Mr El Mahi pursued advanced studies in policy frameworks at Sciences Po, where he obtained a Master's in Public Policy. His intellectual curiosity and commitment to understanding economic intricacies then led him to the University of Namur in Belgium, where he obtained his Master's degree in Economics with High Distinction (Magna Cum Laude). Continuing his pursuits of scholarly distinction, he further honed his skills at KU Leuven, where he achieved a Master of Advanced Studies in Economics with high distinction (Magna Cum Laude).
In the professional arena, Mr. El Mahi has made significant contributions as a policy analyst at the French Ministry of Labor and as a consultant in public policy evaluation at Mazars. Currently serving as a Researcher in economics at the Centre for Research in Regional Economics and Economic Policy (CERPE), his primary focus remains in Macroeconomics. Through rigorous research and insightful analysis, he explores the nuances of economic stability, growth, and development.
